I am supposed to be finding pictures of some famous people today but I have no motivation.

Just spent a lot of time cleaning and reading. Not v productive.

Master & Command-er is really a great movie. I mean, really amazing. All the period details straight plus beautiful scenery and that ship! I mean come on. It was really cool.

Yawn.

V sunny day today, v nice, am cleaning office because of a) critical orange juice spill two weeks ago on desk and b) overabundance of dust and c) needs a fresher smell in here.

I have thousands of back issues to file and am burning archive cds. What I want to do is drink tea and listen to Lucinda Williams.

Think I am driving home for Christmas because 1) rental car too expensive and 2) alternative is to go for a week and a half without a car.

Grrrr.

A lady accosted me tonight in the parking lot for pulling out of mailboxes before she did. She was just having a bad day, I guess - she said as much - but for some reason when she yelled at me, I yelled back. Not v good.

Am amazed at what a terrible christian I usually am.

Found really nice, shiny black pants at BR today and will go back to get them this weekend. As it stands I don't even have a pair of dressy pants in case invited to Christmas party or something. Also these are $98 pants for $40. Good deal.

Going to Daytona on Wednesday. A bit apprehensive about Mom seeing weight loss. Not like I can hide it anymore, and she'll quiz me at length. I really don't want to share much with her, so let's hope I can just hang on.

Not worrying about points on Thanksgiving, I don't think, but must ask the Oneders.

Finished the proofing, now working on my art search.

Deposited $ into savings.
Ate lunch.
Picked up contract and submitted new invoice.
Forgot lunch $ so took money back down to cafe.

My feet are too warm today. Weird.

Things I have accomplished today:
- Paid invoices
- Talked to photographer about 3:30 shoot today
- Ordered art from two illustrators, 24 illustrations

Things I still have to do today:
- Order art for April issue of magazine
- Proof changes on March issue of magazine
- 3:30 photo shoot

That's pretty fair for 10:35am. :) More later.
