Weekend
Today I'm going to the Titans game! So not much knitting till later. Right now I've got to get ready, but here are a few photos for you.
I am about 1" from being done with the body of Glee:
This is Fee, being all philosophical about life, and also, plotting to destroy the camera at her next opportunity:
Yesterday we went to a WWII reenactment battle in Watertown, TN. Here are some of the Germans who started out occupying the town (which is eventually liberated by Americans, and everybody sits on the far side of the town square and watches it happen):
And the colors are looking mighty pretty here this week:

Here we go, Titans, here we go!!
(No one but fellow Tennesseans will find Watertown Germans rather amusing. . .) Glad you're feeling well enough to be out and about!
wow, i have never even heard of a WW2 reenactment!
Wow - Glee is looking pretty, pretty! i'd never heard of WW2 reenactment either . . .
WW2 re-enactment in America? Sounds... weird.
Fee is gorgeous! If possibly a bit evil.
Just happened to find this thread and thought I'd leave a few comments. First, WWII reenactment is VERY popular across the U.S. It involves "living history" displays as well as battle reenactments. There are roughly 10-15 events per yr in Tennessee, but much, much more in other states. I am a reenactor, and our purpose is to honor the WWII Veterans and their sacrifices.
