Inspired by Grumperina's Addi Thorno campaign, I wrote a letter to Billy Bag tonight to tell them that some of the stitching is wearing out on my bag, and also a hole is beginning to show in one of the bottom corners.

Some manufacturers care about customer opinion, it seems.
Yay! I have added my voice to the vote for sharper Addis.
I like to try and provide feedback to companies when I'm not happy with the service/product - it can be hard for them to fix if they don't know what the problems are. Sometimes the person I'm dealing with doesn't give a rat's arse, but often the feedback is appreciated and passed on.
