WOOT!
I just finished my second training run of this week, which is a lowly 1x1 walk/run/walk so I've run for a total of ten minutes AND it wasn't hard until the very last but I did it.
I can run for much longer but in the interests of keeping both the knees God gave me I am trying to go easy and do a training schedule that conditions my bones, joints and muscles over the course of 10 weeks. Two more of these and then I go up to running 2 minutes, walking one minute. I think part of the training is keeping moving over the course of twenty or so minutes, when normally I kick out after about 10. En-dur-ance. Think Lance. I can do it!
