This weekend I saw Signs.

I really, really thought it was interesting. Those kids are just terrific actors. And it threw me, with its naked, favorable depiction of Christianity and the terrifying doubts that often accompany it.

And here I thought it would be about crop circles and Aliens. But that was just a painting - a backdrop for the real story.

Also, have watched The Princess Diaries and decided that if only I could get my hair straight and improve my manners, my troubles would be over.
